Elle Terhaar grew up in the mountains of Colorado. She spent much of her teenage years and college summers working with a mobile large animal practitioner. She attended Dordt College in Northwest Iowa, and since graduating has been with ReproScan Technologies. Her role has expanded from sales and marketing to CEO. Highlights of her role at ReproScan include teaching in-depth bovine and small ruminant reproductive ultrasound training courses and partnering with mixed animal clinics to add value through implementing ultrasound technology. She currently lives in Winterset, Iowa and together with her husband and in-laws have Thunderhead Charolais which offers private treaty Charolais bulls.
