Iowa Women in Agriculture is a nonprofit organization formed in 2005 to serve women farmers, landowners, and agribusiness professionals.
We help women grow their expertise, skills, and knowledge, and expand their community connections so they can achieve their financial potential and contribute to the agricultural community that they love.
We are governed by a volunteer board of directors who plan and execute all aspects of our programs and services, including our annual conference.
Our Mission
IWIA’s mission is to provide information, resources, and networking opportunities to serve the unique needs of women working in a dynamic agricultural industry.
